That is one of the surprises in "Opening 1,000 LUCKY BLOCKS In Mario Odyssey... (MODS!)", the channel's only upload of the week. It reached roughly 311,000 views in its first fifteen hours. This is custom-modded gameplay, with random rewards and hazards on the route to a city occupied by a giant robot.

Getting there is hardly straightforward. A purchased Ninja Pig guide points Mario towards a block containing a toilet, which turns out to be a warp into a New Donk City penthouse.
