Lance Thirtyacre isn't especially comfortable with his surroundings. "I don't like scary. I really, really don't like scary," he says while touring the museum with Jeffy in tow. Bringing a puppet along does, however, give him a useful way to interrupt the atmosphere.
"JEFFY & SPEED STREAMED AT THE CONJURING HOUSE!" takes viewers behind IShowSpeed's paranormal livestream, showing the preparation as well as the performance. The crew plans a scripted kitchen entrance to scare Speed, scouts a room where Jeffy can sit among antique dolls, and finds Audrey a rather cramped filming position: inside a closet, recording a Ouija board session through a peekhole.
That distinction between the stream and its backstage machinery is the fun of this upload. In the comments, viewers discuss Jeffy's unexpected appearance on Speed's stream and the way Speed addresses the puppet as though he's another person in the room. Some suggest Sam and Colby or Project Fear for another paranormal collaboration.
The museum vlog drew roughly 134,000 views, making it the most-watched of Lance's five uploads. Elsewhere, Logan reviewed an iPhone Duo before another upload announced one broken in half, and "SML Movie: Jeffy The Snail! *BTS*" supplied more production-side footage.
Subscribers held steady over the week, while daily viewing is a little above Lance's usual pace. Among similarly sized comedy channels, his weekly viewing was close to LOL JUST FOR LAUGHS; OkCron and Sheena Melwani had much busier weeks.
The freshest momentum belongs to a familiar piece of SML furniture. "WE PAINTED THE BLUE COUCH RED!" is currently attracting the most daily views on Lance's channel, giving the couch another chapter beyond its apartment-tour appearance.
