Josiah Schneider's Hogwarts wardrobe reveals a low-battery nightmare

He plays the professor and all three students in a boggart lesson where modern anxieties replace magical monsters.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Billy's greatest fear fits on a phone screen: the battery is at one percent. Professor Schneider has prepared a Defense Against the Dark Arts lesson, but his students have brought problems that a wand may not solve.

Josiah Schneider plays every role in the Hogwarts parody, from the increasingly exasperated teacher to Billy, Tommy and Greg. Tommy fears the dark; Greg's empty wardrobe represents being alone forever and never amounting to anything. The joke takes a surprisingly recognizable turn, and commenters keep returning to Greg's fear, with several also defending Tommy's.

The sketch's Short, titled "What class should they go to next? 🧙‍♂️ #funny #comedy #harrypotter #hogwarts #skits #parody", reached roughly 806,000 views in fourteen hours. It was the most-watched of Schneider's four uploads this week and is drawing the most daily viewing in his catalog. A separate regular upload, "If Harry Potter was in 2026: Part 2", accompanies it.

His other pair of uploads makes the supernatural a household inconvenience. Jasper, the blue phantom in "When you buy a house with a ghost in it.", is billed as a terrible roommate, with a companion Short warning against moving in. Meanwhile, the previous week's trick-or-treating sketch remains another busy part of the library, approaching three million views.

Schneider added 10,000 subscribers over the week, although daily channel viewing is currently below its usual pace. Among nearby sketch channels, Sheena Melwani had a larger week of viewing, while Shooteo's was quieter than Schneider's. For his own audience, the fresh talking point is Greg: the student whose wardrobe contains nothing, and somehow quite a lot.

"There's a whole world to explore in this series, and I've barely scratched the surface."

Trari: Your Hogwarts Short reached roughly 806,000 views in fourteen hours; what stood out to you in the audience's response?

Josiah Schneider: I have other Hogwarts videos and they all over perform. My audience really seems to like the Harry Potter world and characters and parody style I've created within it.

Trari: Commenters keep returning to Greg's empty wardrobe; how did you decide what his boggart would reveal?

Josiah Schneider: I needed three separate fear ideas that would reveal something that couldn't be made to look ridiculous with the spell. This also created a fun guessing game for first-time viewers who would see the empty wardrobe and have time to guess the fear before revealing Greg's profound reasoning.

Trari: Your Short asks which class the students should attend next; what would you like to explore with them in another lesson?

Josiah Schneider: Maybe the forbidden forest or potions class? It depends on what the people want to see! There's a whole world to explore in this series, and I've barely scratched the surface.
