My spoiled sister sucks at claw machines #wusworld

Thomas Wu's newest Short is a trip to the arcade with his sister Amelia, and its title does not go easy on her: "My spoiled sister sucks at claw machines." The 'spoiled sister' bit is a long-running premise on Wu's World, where Amelia turns up in title after title, from a birthday Short last month to this week's "who's my best friend?"

This one moved fast. Eight hours after it went up it had about 114,000 views, already more than "who's my best friend?" has gathered since Sunday. A usual Short here ends its whole first day at around 41,000. The channel as a whole has been running well below its usual pace lately, so a start like this stands out.

The claw is not what viewers talk about most, though. The moment they keep replaying is the one where Thomas folds a stranger into the scene as "this old guy," and the man fires the words straight back at him. Commenters single out how relaxed he stays about it, and a little tapping chant from the video gets repeated back in the comments as well.

Another Amelia Short, "Is this broken?", went up the same day and is moving at a gentler pace.
