The visitors make it through a metal door and pull it shut behind them. Their pursuer, an escape-room actor dressed as a hopping vampire, has a considerably simpler solution than solving a puzzle: he reaches for his keys.

That practical interruption to the horror is the final joke in a fast-spreading Short shared by clips channel GJShortz. It gathered roughly 3.4 million views in its first day, far beyond the channel's usual start for Shorts.

The footage begins at reception, where two visitors demonstrate a synchronized crouching dance. They repeat it inside a corridor hung with talisman strips, leaving the costumed actor staring at them before their forward jump knocks him down. This is an encounter with a performer inside a horror attraction, not an unexplained security-camera sighting.

GJShortz has featured escape-room dancing before, as we reported here. This upload carries the encounter through to that locked-door escape attempt. Viewers are picking out the actor's stare, the hurried exit and the pairing of the dance with the music. The supposedly frightening figure ends up handling a very ordinary workplace problem: getting through a closed door.
