The search for a missing child ended with the discovery of her body in a car trunk in Lindenwold, New Jersey, investigators say. FOX 29 Philadelphia's report follows the murder charge against her foster mother, a Philadelphia public school teacher, and the community gathering to mourn.

Reporter Dawn Timmeney outlines the search by police and the FBI. At a press conference, prosecutors describe surveillance footage they say helped investigators locate the child's body. The charges include murder, tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse.

District Attorney Larry Krasner promises a vigorous prosecution. Councilmember Curtis Jones, Jr. puts the child's safety at the center of his remarks: "Every child deserves to feel safe in their neighborhood, and in particular, their home."

The report drew more than 200,000 views in its first day, compared with roughly 3,400 for a usual regular-length FOX 29 upload.

The coverage also includes a condolence statement from the School District of Philadelphia. Reporter Shawnette Wilson then joins a neighborhood memorial, where community members gather to grieve and pray.
