The defeat doesn't change her view. Erin Molan acknowledges an "awful night" for Republicans, then rejects the argument that Donald Trump should never have gone to war against Iran.
In "BETRAYAL, COWARDICE and the REAL ISSUE with IRAN", the Australian host separates her defence of military action from her criticism of how it ended. Her argument is that Iran's nuclear programme made intervention necessary, but that Trump accepted a ceasefire before decisively defeating the regime.
"The ceasefire was the issue with this war, because you did a deal with the devil," she says.
Molan builds her case around nuclear warnings, citing David Albright, General Michael Kurilla and a joint statement from Britain, France and Germany in June 2025. She uses those warnings to challenge the description of the conflict as a war of choice. She also blames poor advice around Trump for his decision to stop, while thanking him for taking military action despite its political risks.
The monologue drew more than 106,000 views in 14 hours, already well beyond the channel's usual full-day audience for regular videos. The comment section was also substantially busier than a typical first day, with discussion centring on Trump's Iran decisions and divisions among his allies.
A separate sponsored segment follows the commentary, switching from the election aftermath to a pitch framed around conservative momentum ahead of the midterms.
