Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Nintendo Switch 2 At The Movies!

A Yoshi popcorn bucket ought to be a clue about the company you're keeping. In EmSwizzle's "Nintendo Switch 2 At The Movies!", Max plays both sides of a disagreement over what, exactly, their tickets are for.

One friend has brought his console because they're watching The Odyssey. The other, wearing pixel sunglasses, explains that this isn't a Nintendo movie. Then the lights dim, and Super Mario Odyssey appears on the theater screen. Suddenly, the supposedly confused friend looks rather well prepared.

The sketch was the most-watched of five uploads this week, approaching a million views. Viewers are connecting it to "Nintendo Switch At Movies Gone Wrong!", the channel's most-watched Short, and imagining what a full Odyssey movie might look like. That earlier theater outing has passed 55 million views, so this is a setting with some history for Max.

Elsewhere, "The Game Boy and Jelly!" supplied a handheld-and-sandwich pun, while "Your Friend Hacked Nintendo Switch 2 Again!" returned to the problem of letting someone else near your console. The newest arrival, "Haunted Nintendo Switch 2!", is currently attracting the most daily views, followed by the hacking sketch and the cinema trip.

Across the channel, daily viewing is below its usual pace, but the subscriber total grew by roughly 10,000 over the week. Among nearby entertainment channels, Dan woolley had a particularly busy week of viewing, while Cold Ones is running more quietly than usual. EmSwizzle's own week kept Nintendo hardware firmly in comedy territory: something to take to the movies, protect from a friend, or discover is haunted.

I remember a similar short, but the "audience" hated odyssey, finally the best mario game (switch) is getting liked once more!

Also the similar short is the most popular one if you wanna find it.
