Going to Turkey for 24 hours with my sisters!!!!!

emily ha took her sisters to Turkey for a single day and night, and the vlog she made of it went up on September 27. It is the kind of title that promises a sprint, and it found an audience quickly: well past 600,000 views in under a week, with about half of those arriving on the first day.

The comments have their own running joke. Many viewers are delighted that Emily, of all the sisters, was the first to post a vlog from the trip. Turkish viewers came out in numbers too. They praise her pronunciation of "lütfen" (please), cheer on a sister's attempt at "teşekkür ederim" (thank you), and explain why the street cats in one scene have a small notch in one ear: it marks an animal that has already been neutered and vaccinated.

The rest of the week was lighter. A get-ready-with-me short and a nail-day short both went up on October 1 and are moving at a similar, steady clip behind the travel film.

Together they gave the channel a lively stretch. Daily views are running at about two and a half times their usual level, and over seven days Emily gained more views than any of the similar-sized vlog channels around her, while her subscriber count held at 1.43 million. Nathaly Cuevas is also enjoying a strong few days, and Kira Kosarin is having a quieter one.
