Dawko clocks in for The Family Business's unsettling night shift

  1. 0:41William sends Michael and David into a night shift at the diner.
  2. 3:16An employee VHS explains rubbish collection and the Puppet's music-box duties.
  3. 6:21Dawko starts Michael's chores while trying to avoid Fredbear.
  4. 10:17The viewpoint switches to David, hiding from Chica and meeting a broken animatronic called Mangled.
  5. 13:36William's Parts and Service chapter puts Dawko to work repairing Fredbear.

Taking out the rubbish sounds manageable. Remembering to wind the Puppet's music box while Fredbear roams the diner makes Dawko's new shift rather less routine.

"THIS FNAF FANGAME IS SO DISTURBING" was his most-watched upload of the week, reaching roughly 161,000 views. The game is MysteryLou's The Family Business, and it moves Dawko between Michael Afton's night-shift chores, David's hiding place and William Afton's maintenance work. Fredbear catches him early on. "Bro, I got stuck! Game over!" is the immediate verdict.

The changing viewpoints give viewers more to discuss than jumpscares. Several comments examine Michael's willingness to protect David despite their strained relationship; others pick out the RPG Maker presentation and compare its atmosphere with interactive analogue horror. One commenter identifying themselves as the developer describes their family gathering to watch Dawko play their first game.

Elsewhere, "MARKIPLIER IS BACK SELLING ANIMATRONICS" covered a Frickbear's 3 update and finished close behind. The remaining uploads followed Terrible Lizards, a horror parkour game set at an old Route 66 attraction called Dalton's Dinos. That run reached its ending upload on Saturday.

The Family Business is also attracting the most daily viewing right now, followed by the Terrible Lizards finale. Across the channel, the week added about 1.1 million views, while subscribers stayed unchanged. Daily viewing is currently below Dawko's usual pace, a pattern also showing at nearby gaming channels including Soup and Neebs Gaming. For Dawko, the strongest fresh interest remains firmly inside Fredbear's decidedly unwelcoming workplace.

  • I recognized immediately that this is an RPG maker game but wow. The fact you can make this using an RPG maker is amazing.
  • This feels like an interactive analogue horror, we haven't had something like this since Andy's Apple Farm I think

  • As I’m watching I’m already liking how Michael is portrayed, he already seems very familiar with how this stuff works around him, and even if it seems he still despises David, he still protected him in a safety room so the animatronics wouldn’t get him, so there is some level of compassion in Michael here, even if it’s still in the grey area

  • Rare unique art style for a fangame that isn't afraid to show genuine gruesome horror! I love it so much! We've been eating so good this year!
