Captain Kermit reports for duty in CrackerMilk's alphabet lesson

The puppet-war parody is the biggest of two new sketches, alongside "If Noah was dyslexic".

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Kermit thought he was booked for a photo tour. Instead, CrackerMilk puts him in military gear beside two pinned-down soldiers, correcting one of them on the proper form of address: "It's Captain Kermit, private."

"Sending the Muppets to war" has reached nearly two million views, making it the week's most-watched new upload. This is a staged puppet parody, not an official Muppets production. Its battlefield opening gives way to a children's alphabet programme, where an apparently harmless letter brings the combat memories crashing back. The contrast between the familiar frog and his decidedly unsuitable assignment does the comic work.

Viewers extend the premise with frog-related military puns, including an amphibious posting for Kermit. Others pick apart the grenade's historical fit with the setting. Even this particular brand of absurdity gets a continuity check.

The other new sketch, "If Noah was dyslexic", found a smaller audience. Meanwhile, "Winning a Golden Ticket in 2026" and "Going on a date with Link" remain busy parts of the catalogue, although Captain Kermit is currently attracting the most daily views.

CrackerMilk added roughly 20,000 subscribers over the week. Daily viewing is running at less than half its usual pace, but its weekly view gain sits near the top of its neighbouring sketch channels: Nisha Noelle had the larger week, while Danny Rayes drew a similar-sized audience. For CrackerMilk, the fresh activity centres on a frog whose educational television booking has gone badly wrong.
