Cheesy chicken Alfredo rolls, ten at a time, from Aussie Fitness

Each roll is listed at 65 grams of protein, while an In-N-Out-inspired quesadilla from earlier in the week drew a comment section debating what 'animal style' really means.

An ordinary day on Aussie Fitness brings in a little over 60,000 views. Lately it has been running closer to 80,000, and the newest recipe is a big part of the reason.

"High Protein Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Rolls" went up on Thursday. Within its first 15 hours it had passed 27,000 views, and it is now moving faster than anything else on the channel. The method is the familiar Aussie Fitness batch cook. Seasoned chicken breast is diced, then folded into an Alfredo-style sauce built from blended cottage cheese, parmesan and light cream cheese. The filling goes into ten tortillas with mozzarella, and the rolls are baked until crisp. The description puts each one at 438 calories and 65 grams of protein.

The week opened with "High Protein Animal Style Quesadillas," a take on the In-N-Out secret-menu order made with extra lean beef, mustard, pickles and a homemade burger sauce. Its comment section had plenty to say. Several In-N-Out regulars pointed out that real animal style has no ketchup and certainly no Worcestershire. Others asked which tortilla he uses, since the macros swing a lot from brand to brand. The most liked comment ignored the food entirely: it was about him stirring with a PS5 controller in hand.

One older recipe is also keeping pace. The pepperoni pizza chicken quesadillas from September are now past 660,000 views and still close behind the new rolls.

Among the food channels nearest its size, Broccoli Mum and Cooking With Volk are having the big weeks, while Aussie Fitness sits comfortably mid-pack, about 1,000 subscribers richer.
