Asmongold and Kaise set themselves a potentially unflattering assignment: each will carve the other person's face into a pumpkin. The portraits start causing trouble before either picks up a knife. Kaise draws an exaggerated Asmongold; his attempt at her likeness earns a comparison to a cartoon character.

The recording on Asmongold TV, titled "No one saw this coming..", has drawn about 1.5 million views since yesterday. It captures his appearance on Kaise's Halloween stream, trading the solo reaction setup for matching sleepwear, shared snacks and an increasingly messy table.

Kaise comes prepared with peanut butter pumpkin candy, cinnamon-roll Goldfish crackers and an assortment of Asian treats, including dragon beard candy and coffee biscuits. She portions out the crackers with the teasing precision of someone dispensing dog treats. Between tastings, there is MapleStory talk and disagreement over their outfit choices.

The pumpkin project begins well into the stream. Asmongold demonstrates cutting a lid at an angle, then discovers mold inside his pumpkin. Scooping out the contents proves another obstacle for someone who announces, "I hate getting my hands dirty."

Viewers pick up on the contrast between the occasion and the atmosphere: one compares their Halloween preparations to Christmas morning, while another points to the bickering starting almost immediately. That back-and-forth carries into the carving, with Kaise challenging Asmongold to keep his eyebrows still while she works and feeding him candy as he finishes cutting a mouth.
