Coffee has acquired a prerequisite in Ashley Nichole's morning: something to eat first. "I needed to stop having coffee on an empty stomach, which is devastating," she says in "What I Actually Eat In A Day (For Gut Health)". The delivery is playful, but the change is something she's working through with her dietitian.

The week's only new upload has reached about 36,000 views. It follows Ashley from early-morning reading to a coffee-and-banana smoothie, a post-Pilates matcha and a virtual consultation. The video includes a paid segment for Nourish, the dietitian service.

Lunch is pleasingly practical: microwaved jasmine rice, cucumber, canned fish, kimchi and several sauces. Commenters pick up on the condiment collection, with one planning to try the rice bowl. The warm-toned lamps get their own mentions, too, alongside requests for more eating-in-a-day videos.

That upload is by far the channel's busiest video right now. The earlier Moab glamping trip and New York day out are picking up smaller audiences. Across the channel, the week brought roughly 50,000 views while subscribers held steady; daily viewing is currently about half its usual level.

The evening stays close to home. Ashley's sister Alisha stops by with Rosie, Jackson grills chicken, and sweet potatoes and spinach complete dinner. Then come chocolate, bedtime tea and Monopoly, with Ashley finding room for a little victory report before signing off.
