"I could give you one of mine." A young hospital patient hears that Edgar needs a kidney and immediately offers to help. Her father has some explaining to do, but the offer becomes the heart of the Christmas story.

The scene comes from Lucy Shimmers and the Prince of Peace, the fictional drama featured in Tina Kelch's fast-starting film recap. The Short reached about 566,000 views in its first 21 hours, putting it well ahead of the channel's usual first-day pace.

The edit follows a friendship built through small gifts and difficult conversations. The girl brings drawings to people in the hospital, comforts Edgar and encourages him to believe he can reconnect with his family. When he shares a torn family photograph, her response is not to dwell on his mistakes but to imagine a way back.

The Christmas wish in the upload's title is her request to donate a kidney. Rather than an original Tina Kelch production, this is a condensed telling of the film, using its footage and dialogue. In the comments, viewers help others identify the movie and recall returning to it for repeated watches.
