Why this story? The whole channel is running at 655,961 views a day, 6.4 times a normal day (102,095).
Repairing a damaged supercar is one kind of garage project. Imagining a version the manufacturer hasn't offered is another, and that is the premise of TheStradman's new upload, "Building the STO Version Temerario That Lamborghini Won't."
The title sets out his own answer to a very Lamborghini question. STO stands for Super Trofeo Omologata, the designation used for the track-focused Huracán STO. The Temerario succeeded the Huracán, so applying that badge's spirit to the newer model gives the project a recognizable starting point. The suggestion that Lamborghini won't build it remains TheStradman's framing, not an announcement from the company.
The upload has drawn roughly 550,000 views since its October 21 release. Across the channel, daily views have climbed to about 656,000, more than six times the usual pace, though that channel-wide rise cannot be assigned to this video alone.
As we reported here, the previous garage story centered on a Lamborghini insurance write-off. This upload changes the question from what went wrong to what could be built. It also fits a particular thread in TheStradman's recent work: the Ferrari 812 Superfast's rebirth and another transformation of his Revuelto, rather than simply presenting the cars as finished objects.
