Thanks for stopping by, Cal and Frankie. Good luck this race weekend!

Lean brisket is only the starting point for Frankie Muniz and his racing teammate Cal. By the time the server finishes carving, their tray holds pork ribs, turkey, two kinds of sausage and a beef rib balanced on top.

Terry Black's Barbecue's clip of the visit drew more than 50,000 views in 13 hours, a much quicker start than its usual Shorts. The comments were also already far busier than a typical full day's discussion.

This is the restaurant's own promotional clip, filmed from the meat cutter's point of view. Muniz, known for playing the title character in Malcolm in the Middle, arrives in a racing uniform shirt matching Cal's. The upload wishes them luck for their race weekend, but the immediate business is tasting: first lean brisket, then the fattier portion the server calls moist brisket.

Turkey gets its own explanation at the cutting board, and it gets attention in the comments too, where viewers discuss smoked turkey's place alongside the more familiar barbecue cuts. Others recognize Muniz from television or joke about what such a loaded tray might cost.

The final addition is the restaurant's "dino rib." Once the platter is ready, Muniz and Cal playfully dispute whose meal it actually is.
