A missing-page fine is an unusually mundane reason to go looking for Slenderman. In SML's puppet sketch, Jeffy has stolen a library copy of The Cat in the Hat, and the librarian wants its pages back or payment. Naturally, this becomes a nighttime expedition into the woods.

"SML Movie: Jeffy Meets Slenderman!" drew the largest audience among the week's four new uploads, approaching three million views. The comments pick up on Brooklyn Guy's librarian assignment, an old catchphrase and references to earlier SML horror. For a monster encounter, there is a surprising amount of nostalgia attached.

The rest of the schedule keeps changing the problem. "SML Movie: Jeffy The Snail!" follows the forest adventure, while "SML Movie: The Red Couch!" currently brings in the most daily views of the new releases. The couch sketch also had a slightly stronger opening day than either Jeffy upload. The newest arrival, "SML Movie: Brooklyn Guy's iPhone Duo!", brings phone trouble into the puppet lineup and passed 300,000 views in its first few hours.

Across the channel, daily viewing is below its usual level, and subscribers held steady over the week. That quieter audience movement sits alongside a full posting schedule, rather than an upload break. Among nearby sketch channels, Tyler Vitelli had a substantial week of subscriber growth, while Smosh Pit's weekly views were a little higher than SML's.

Back in Jeffy's adventure, the library mission eventually becomes a couch-side reading lesson for Slenderman. SML has found a monster who needs help with Dr. Seuss.
