Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

finding a jellycat for midnight snack 👀

"I like to get a Jellycat for every song that I put out," Scott Frenzel explains, showing the collection before heading out to find one for "Midnight Snack." A lemon tart doesn't quite fit his idea of the song. A plush slice of carrot cake does.

The trip takes him to the Jellycat Cinema section inside Nordstrom at the Grove in Los Angeles. He has brought CDs to give away if anyone recognizes him, a preparation that works out neatly when three sisters approach him outside. Back in the car, he recounts the meeting before taking his new purchase home for its unboxing.

"finding a jellycat for midnight snack 👀" is the most watched of his fourteen uploads this week, reaching roughly 521,000 views. It also carries the strongest daily momentum. In the comments, viewers recall his Jellycat purchase for "Key Lime Pie" and encourage him to keep the collecting tradition going.

Elsewhere, "can't even get my own lyrics right 😭" supplies a suitably self-deprecating musical companion. A new collaboration tagged with Akana, Asante Madrigal and Emily FitzGerald is also among the channel's most active uploads, alongside "quite the evolution 😅".

The channel gathered nearly five million views over the week while its subscriber count held steady. Daily viewing is a little above its usual level. Among nearby sketch channels, Cam2r and al jokes are having much bigger viewing weeks; Scott's weekly total sits close to mrthomasenglish's. His own standout, though, is a small shopping trip that gives another song a place on the plush shelf.
