'hehe go check it out 👀' leads a run of emoji-titled Scott Frenzel shorts
A newer one, 'but then he saw the vision 😎', passed 90,000 views within seven hours of going up, while a music video arrived the same day.
Why this story? The video is running at 215,015 views a day, 8.5 times its usual pace (25,407).
hehe go check it out 👀
Comedy sketch channels close to Scott Frenzel's size are having an uneven stretch. mrthomasenglish and Gabriella Triple Charm are drawing roughly half their usual daily views, and al jokes holds its very large pace. Frenzel's own channel is running about a quarter above normal, and much of that lift comes from a short he posted on October 2.
"hehe go check it out 👀" had an ordinary first day of around 50,000 views. Five days later it is close to 400,000, and it now gathers far more views each day than it did when it was new. Like most of his titles, this one keeps its point to itself. It is not clear what set the climb off. Perhaps people who came for his newer uploads are scrolling back through the week?
There has been plenty of new work to bring them. "but then he saw the vision 😎" went up on October 6 and opened at about five times his usual first-day pace. On the same day he posted "and I bet I can 😏", which the description tags as a music video, shot by holysmokephotography. It continues a musical stretch that, as we reported here, already brought out his song 'Midnight Snack'.
The days in between held a Live Hangout and a short aimed at fellow creator GamerEVZ, titled "@GamerEVZ you've done it again 😭". Nearly every title of the week ends in an emoji, and the one that keeps pulling viewers in is a pair of eyes.
