RocaNews finds Trump fatigue without a Democratic embrace in Ohio
Max Frost's suburban voter interviews draw a much busier comment section, with grocery costs, single-issue voting and news habits at the center.
Why this story? The video drew 1,304 comments in its first day, 5.5 times a normal first day on this channel (235).

- 20:00Frost's answer: enthusiasm for Trump has faded in this district, but Democrats haven't fully won over moderate voters.
"I voted for him," one Brook Park resident tells Max Frost, explaining that he expected Donald Trump to change things. Instead, he says, "Trump's not helping the cause."
That disappointment is part of RocaNews' report "Has Trump Lost Ohio?" But Frost's conclusion is narrower than the statewide question in the title: in the congressional district he visits, weariness with Trump does not necessarily translate into enthusiasm for Democrats.
The report generated about 1,300 comments on its first day, more than five times the channel's usual response. Its views were ordinary for a RocaNews upload. The discussion centers on how voters connect rising prices with political responsibility, the weight they give a single issue and where they get their news.
Frost travels through Brook Park, Parma and Bay Village, hearing about food and daycare costs outside a strip mall and government spending from a resident walking a dog. The answers don't form a tidy partisan verdict. One resident explicitly says Trump isn't to blame. Kael, a campaign canvasser visiting from Florida, describes politics as a job rather than a personal passion. The video also includes a sponsored cat-food segment.
Later, local Democratic club vice president Tom Ryan describes his party's return to kitchen-table concerns. That emphasis meets the frustration Frost hears on the street, though not necessarily a willingness to switch sides.
"Moderate voters just seem fed up with politics and hoping for a better economy," Frost concludes.

The numbers
The unusual response was in the comments, not the views: the first-day conversation was several times busier than usual for RocaNews.
