Rako passes its million-subscriber goal with animated close calls
The channel's stated ambition is already behind it, while an ice monster and a mysterious black dog join its story lineup.
Why this story? The channel went from 935,000 to 1,150,000 subscribers this week.
His Sister PULLED Him Out At The Last SECOND 😳
Rako's channel description still sets out a goal of reaching a million subscribers. That wish has become a milestone: the animated-story channel added about 215,000 subscribers over the past week, carrying it past the target.
Its November uploads keep the family rescues coming. A dad saves his child from an ice monster, and a sister pulls her brother out at the last second. Alongside them is a different kind of hook: a black dog that follows the narrator home every day. The title poses the mystery without explaining the dog's intentions.
Meanwhile, the October stories about a creeping painting, a sister who doesn't glow and an attempt to help a butterfly out of its cocoon have each passed a million views.
These are dramatized animated stories, not reports of extraordinary real-life rescues. Rako says some draw inspiration from real events and others are invented. The channel also describes making each one from a blank page, handling the script, animation, voiceover, editing, sound and subtitle timing itself.
