Digital ownership joins OhNoItsAlexx's console commentary

Eleven uploads kept PlayStation, Xbox and GTA6 at the center of the channel's week.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

PlayStation Is Finally Admitting Defeat

Buying a game and keeping access to it are not necessarily the same conversation. Beneath OhNoItsAlexx's most watched upload this week, viewers are discussing digital libraries, older consoles and the Stop Killing Games movement.

That upload, "PlayStation Is Finally Admitting Defeat", reached about 191,000 views. The verdict is Alexx's framing, rather than an announcement from Sony, and it fits a week heavy on pointed console-industry commentary. Other titles tackled a PlayStation price increase and "The Xbox And GTA6 Situation Exposed Everything", the second-largest draw among the new uploads.

The freshest videos are doing the most work right now. "Xbox Is Pushing PlayStation To The Brink" drew roughly 46,000 views in its first 17 hours and has the channel's strongest daily momentum. Alongside it are "I told you this would happen.." and "Xbox and GTA6 are the future", keeping the conversation focused on what the console business does next.

The channel gained subscribers over the week, although today's channel-wide viewing is well below its usual daily level. Among nearby gaming-commentary channels, DF Clips had a larger weekly view gain, while Scott's Snippets and AnthonyCSN had smaller ones. Alexx's week combined that substantial audience with a very particular discussion: not just which machine to buy, but what buying a digital game actually gets you.
