Can A Robot Do My Chores?
MrBeast settles onto the sofa convinced technology has finally freed him from chores. His new robot helper is giving the house rather more reason to worry.
In "Can A Robot Do My Chores?", he introduces what he says is a $20,000 humanoid robot and starts handing out instructions. This is a comedy sketch, not a straight demonstration of a household robot's capabilities: putting dishes away becomes a breaking job, and an instruction about the lights produces a hammer.
The Short has drawn roughly 4.3 million views in its first few hours today. Viewers are picking up on the dog-feeding exchange and imagining a future in which parents can direct their chore complaints at a machine instead.
The finishing touch is the checklist: little chore icons glow green as the assignments are completed, however questionable the robot's methods.
