Critters 4 (1992) - Angela Basset Punches a Creep (1/10) | Movieclips

Vampire hunters have company: Movieclips has added the stranded spaceship crew of Critters 4 to its horror lineup, with Angela Bassett's Fran getting an unwelcome visit from her captain in the shower. The posted scene's title supplies her response: "Critters 4 (1992) - Angela Basset Punches a Creep (1/10) | Movieclips".

Bassett appears alongside Brad Dourif in the sequel, which sends the franchise's ravenous aliens into space. Another newly posted extract centers on Dourif's character, giving the film two places among the channel's most active clips right now. These are scenes from Rupert Harvey's movie, not new productions by Movieclips.

The week's biggest new upload, though, remains "Captain Kronos: Vampire Hunter (1974) - Bloody Kisses (6/10) | Movieclips", now past 600,000 views. Its barn conversation between Horst Janson and Caroline Munro has drawn a much larger audience than the same film's graveyard duel and climactic sword fight. A moment of vulnerability has proved a bigger draw than all that blade work.

Across the catalog, Movieclips added about 102 million views over the week, along with a growing subscriber audience. Daily viewing is currently roughly triple its usual level. Screen Junkies and Corridor Crew are also seeing markedly busier days than usual, while How It Should Have Ended is quieter.

For Movieclips, the newest momentum has a distinctly vintage source: a sword-carrying vampire hunter and a spaceship carrying exactly the wrong eggs.
