League of Legends' 'Qiyana go brrrrrrrrr' outpaces the HEARTSTEEL video
Two days old, the short is gathering views faster now than on its first day, and more than twice as fast as the nine-day-old music video.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Qiyana go brrrrrrrrr
Seven uploads went up on League of Legends, and the one with the silliest title is doing the most work. "Qiyana go brrrrrrrrr" has passed half a million views in two days. Unusually, it is moving faster now than it did on day one.
Most of the rest of the week orbited HEARTSTEEL. The skins trailer for "Live My Life" went up twice on the same day under the identical title, and the two copies are now ticking along at almost exactly the same modest pace. A music video debrief with the group arrived just before them. The source of all that attention, the official music video with Anderson .Paak, BAEKHYUN, Connor Price and Nic D, is nine days old, close to four and a half million views, and still the channel's second-busiest title.
"SEE YOU AROUND" opened nearly as strongly as the Qiyana short, then cooled quickly after its first day. "off the clock" had a gentler start and has stayed modest.
Among the game publishers and esports channels, League of Legends sits second of nine by subscribers. Only PlayStation is above it, and Fortnite is the next channel down.
