Rain on departure, daylight over the Indian Ocean, and a crew change along the way: Just Planes' Paris-Réunion cockpit film makes a long-haul flight feel like a working shift rather than a distant line on a map.
"A330neo MAX TAKEOFF! 11 Hours to Indian Ocean" was the most watched of the channel's eight new uploads, reaching roughly 112,000 views. Christelle is pilot flying, with Captain Tim monitoring. Steve later rotates into the cockpit so Tim can rest, a small but revealing part of how the crew shares the journey.
The takeoff supplies the spectacle, but Tim's weather-radar explanation gives viewers something to take away. He shows how the crew identifies weather to avoid: "Never go into the red. The yellow, you try and avoid." Comments repeatedly return to that explanation, the cockpit's learning environment and the clarity of the recorded communications. One viewer describes these films as a way to experience a piloting dream that feels inaccessible to them.
Other new arrivals included "San Juan, Puerto Rico🇵🇷" and several Indian Ocean flight and landing clips. Across the channel, weekly viewing reached about four million, while the subscriber total held steady. Daily views are running above their usual level.
Among nearby aviation and machinery channels, Aaron Rheins had a particularly busy viewing week, while PeterSripol's was quieter. Just Planes' strongest current momentum comes from an earlier arrival: "Landing Lima Peru," posted around a month ago, is drawing substantially more daily views than either the new San Juan upload or the Corsair film.
