A Sage wall the comments call bannable, and a word for Warden
GrimLIVE's Valorant week ran on three uploads, and the newest, a defense of Warden, drew more than 37,000 views in its first 15 hours.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
i tried new bannable wall…
Fifteen hours old and already the busiest thing on the channel: "guys, warden isn't bad..." is Grim sticking up for something other players apparently doubt. Its first half day put it well ahead of anything else he has posted lately.
The rest of the week belonged to the character he is known for. GrimLIVE is a Sage main's channel, and the tags on every upload say so, from "sage wall" to "grim wall". "i tried new bannable wall..." put that wall somewhere it probably should not fit, and it is closing in on 100,000 views. The comments read like a rules debate. Several viewers argue that using a glitch should not get anyone banned, since the bug is the game's fault, and others ask whether that wall spot has been in Valorant all along or are betting it gets patched at once. One regular jokes that a Grim title without the usual bait is a bad sign for the economy. Another is simply happy to see their own clip open the video.
The third upload, "i found dumbest players...", opened briskly on Saturday and has since settled into a slower pace.
The channel as a whole ran a little above its usual daily pace, while the subscriber count held where it was, at about 379,000. Among the shooter and battle-royale channels nearest its size, Ali-A² had the big week, and TheBrokenMachine was well past its usual pace too. Shotzzy and SSJ Carter kept things quiet.
