An AI accord at the White House fills CNBC Television's Tuesday

Alex Karp, OpenAI's Sarah Friar and Gene Munster lined up behind Trump's 'morally binding' remark, part of fifteen uploads in the week.

What did CNBC Television spend its Tuesday on? Artificial intelligence, almost entirely. The day's uploads read like a guest list from one event: President Trump calling an accord signed that day "morally binding" and predicting that "data centers are going to be very popular" as he met AI executives, then a run of interviews around it.

Palantir chief Alex Karp said AI has to work for "the warfighter" and for enterprises. OpenAI's CFO Sarah Friar insisted safety and alignment have always been core to the company, while Deepwater's Gene Munster countered that the safety question "has still not been solved." Jim Cramer, whose Mad Money has run on CNBC since 2005, added that AI companies need to tell a better story.

The Trump clip is moving fastest, with Munster's skeptical take close behind, and none of these clips has yet reached ten thousand views. The day before, a Halftime Report debate on rates and oil had led the channel; this time the headline act is a single policy moment split into many voices.

Overall the channel is running at about a third of its usual daily views, yet new subscribers keep arriving at around ten thousand a day. It is a slow stretch across the money channels too, with Fox Business, Bloomberg Television and Caleb Hammer all below their normal pace.
