Oli Sykes has a conspiracy board to explain and an air conditioner that refuses to cooperate. Playing the wig-wearing narrator Dr. Lee M.D., he guides Bring Me The Horizon's latest Unbeleevable episode through a fictional world of secret experiments, fractured cults and supernatural powers, with periodic complaints to off-camera crew member Steve.
"Bring Me The Horizon - Unbeleevable Ep.04 - The Egg Doth Cometh" is a staged comedy narrative, mixing retro VHS presentation with anime-style animation. Sykes wrote and directed it, while CiRCUS HEaD handled filming, production and editing. Henrique Herrera supplies the animation, and guitarist Lee Malia gets the intro-music credit. This is band world-building rather than a new music video.
The episode has collected roughly 76,000 views since Friday. It arrived between two supporting Shorts, making all three of the week's uploads part of the same investigation. The full episode also has the most daily momentum among the channel's highlighted uploads, while the older "scum of the earth #bmth #shorts" continues picking up views.
In the comments, viewers are connecting the story to the band's alternate-reality puzzle world, comparing its animated intrigue to Akira and asking Steve to sort out the air conditioning. Others point specifically to the analog look. The elaborate mythology has competition for attention from one very ordinary maintenance problem.
The channel added 10,000 subscribers over the week, the same gain as Slipknot and nearby-in-size Marty Music. For Bring Me The Horizon, the week's distinctive offering is the chance to follow Sykes somewhere considerably stranger than a performance stage.
