Synced up again: Arthur Frederick and Italian Bach's customer service week
His two long reaction videos, a bad-day reel and a parade of shoppers who were not right, each passed a quarter of a million views.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Try Not to Crash Out: Customer Service
Arthur Frederick put out nine uploads over the week, and two of them did nearly all the lifting. "Worst Day Ever" opened fast on September 30, then "Try Not to Crash Out: Customer Service" arrived two days later and kept going. Both are now past a quarter of a million views, and the customer service video is still the one people are pressing play on.
Its description promises proof that the customer is never right, and the comment section treats it like a case file. The man assembling a cart in the middle of a hardware aisle, tools out, walkway blocked, is the scene viewers keep returning to, with former store workers explaining exactly why that is not allowed. A Subway promotion dispute gets its own franchise seminar.
The other running thread has nothing to do with shoppers. Many of the most liked comments notice that Arthur and Italian Bach seem to have landed on the same idea at the same time again, and the joke about the two of them copying each other's homework has clearly been around a while.
The shorts, from two reporters having a moment on live TV to a brainrot meme that cost Arthur a challenge, stayed small. The channel as a whole ran well below its usual daily pace and added about 4,000 subscribers. Even so, among the reaction and commentary channels near its size, no one gathered more views over the seven days, with KSI+ the closest, while Kat Blaque was the one running well above her own usual pace.
