I Feel Differently About the Cornell 57...
Nearly every reactions and commentary channel close to Kat Blaque in size is running below its usual daily pace right now. Hers is running well above it, and one video accounts for most of the difference.
"I Feel Differently About the Cornell 57..." went up on October 3 and drew close to 100,000 views in its first day. The description calls it her raw thoughts on the Cornell 7 case and on how the culture behind it carries on at every level. It lists the subjects she covers: wealthy people escaping consequences for sexual violence, the group chat of men who stayed silent, and her own experience with trafficking and sexual violence. She writes that she was only allowed to be unaware of these things for the first 14 years of her life.
Many of the people writing under the video describe themselves as survivors and tell their own stories. A large share of them write about how campus police and universities handled the cases they lived through.
Two shorts filled out the week, one on jealousy and one on what she likes least about being herself as a trans, goth woman. Her polyamory video from ten days earlier has passed 210,000 views, and the channel added about a thousand subscribers over the week.
