Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Play Minecraft Dungeons II with the new XBOX Nano Controller

XBOX put a new piece of hardware among fifteen uploads: "Play Minecraft Dungeons II with the new XBOX Nano Controller" became the week's most-watched new release, reaching about 183,000 views. The official promotional clip pairs the dungeon adventure with what Xbox describes as its smallest controller.

The comments quickly turned into a hardware checklist. Viewers ask about Hall effect sticks and a headphone jack, while others want improvements to joysticks and bumpers. There is a little nostalgia tucked among the specifications, too: one viewer remembers playing with friends using Mad Catz's miniature, translucent original Xbox controller. Small controllers have a history beyond small hands.

Game trailers supplied plenty of variety around the reveal. "Acts of Blood - XBOX Announce Trailer" introduces Hendra's revenge-driven hand-to-hand combat through an Indonesian underworld. Alongside the Nano promotion, it and "When Sirens Fall Silent | Announcement Trailer", a psychological thriller set in 1990s Italy, are drawing the channel's most daily views right now.

The channel gained no subscribers over the week, but daily viewing is running noticeably above its usual pace. Among nearby publisher channels, Nintendo of America is also having an elevated viewing day, while both EA SPORTS FC channels are quieter than usual.

For a different kind of controller conversation, "Stage Tour - Play Your Way Trailer | XBOX Series X|S & XBOX on PC" makes room for standard controllers, compatible legacy guitars and dedicated hardware. Its advertised song lineup stretches from The Rolling Stones and Metallica to Olivia Rodrigo and Paramore: a music-game invitation that doesn't require everyone to retrieve a plastic guitar from storage.
