What does joining a new team demand before the first round even starts? For MIBR's Conir, one of the hardest adjustments was speaking Portuguese all day instead of her native Spanish.

That detail comes early in the VALORANT Champions Tour's opening-day broadcast from São Paulo, where Conir and Bstrdd sit down with Lissa to discuss roster changes and their transition into the championship. The upload's title names SK and NOVA, but its opening stretches beyond that matchup, introducing MIBR, FENNEL and the wider tournament field.

The broadcast reached roughly 244,000 views in six hours, a much faster start than the channel usually sees for its long broadcasts. A separate Short featuring rezq's first ace of the tournament also drew an unusually quick audience.

São Paulo follows the channel's Shanghai championship coverage with a different title at stake. The tournament description bills this as the final standalone Game Changers Championship, with Team Liquid Visa defending its crown in front of a home crowd after winning in Seoul last year.

Before the matches, host Victoria "Chubbyninja" Cheng joins Athxna and Lissa for bracket predictions. FENNEL arrives with an undefeated run through its regional splits, and Suzu gives a backstage interview ahead of the team's opening match against MIBR. There is an agent reveal in the mix, too: the broadcast opens with a Hush cinematic, then the desk returns to her aggressive duelist playstyle.
