Photographers crowd the arena corridor when Angel Reese spots Usher and approaches with her arms open. Still wearing her red Dream jersey, she hugs the singer, exchanges a few words and continues down the hallway.

Atlanta have just forced a deciding game against the Golden State Valkyries. Women Hooping, the basketball clips channel, has posted highlights and postgame reactions, but this brief encounter offers something away from the scoreboard: a familiar music star waiting to greet a player after the win.

The Short reached roughly 36,000 views in nine hours, running well ahead of the channel's usual Shorts start. A separate upload of Reese's postgame remarks is also drawing unusually fast viewing.

In the greeting clip's comments, the detail viewers keep returning to is Reese including her teammates. Several describe her inviting Usher to see the rest of the team, turning a personal congratulations into a potential locker-room visit. The comments have already passed the channel's usual full-day total several times over.
