Four clips down the hair, tapers around the ears and works up the neckline to remove the durag crease. Then comes the more exacting work: detailing the forehead and temples, applying enhancement spray with a shaping card, trimming the beard and finishing the hairline with a straight razor.

"Every single detail matters on a haircut like this..." he says as he works along the front.

The comments pick up precisely there. Some viewers question how far back the lineup goes; others discuss the waves, ask about the coloring or want to identify the clipper. One recalls the crisp, enhancement-free cuts of the 1990s. The transformation is brief, but the barber-chair discussion extends well beyond the reveal.
