Sprite collecting takes over TG Plays' Fortnite checklist

A fresh-account hunt and a random Bounty Hunter challenge join a Reload climb after the rank reset.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Stream Sniper Race for the Ultimate Prize

The checklist got longer. TG Plays posted ten uploads, with Typical Gamer turning Fortnite's sprites into both a collecting project and a challenge generator.

"Finding ALL 145 SPRITES in 2 HOURS! (NEW ACCOUNT)" sets out the fresh-start task, while "The *RANDOM* BOUNTY HUNTER SPRITE Challenge!" narrows the focus to a particular collection. The latter is currently drawing the most daily views of the channel's uploads, giving the newer challenge some momentum beyond its opening day.

The week's most-watched new upload was the Short "Stream Sniper Race for the Ultimate Prize," approaching half a million views. Its comments have their own little collecting subplot: viewers keep returning to the already-owned item joke, while one mentions finding the sprite before watching. Another picks out the Mario Kart 8 music, a fitting soundtrack reference for a video with a race in its title.

Away from sprites, "I Played 24 HOURS for UNREAL! (Reload Speedrun on Day 1)" takes on the climb after Reload's rank reset. "Winning *EVERY* Horde Rush in Fortnite History!" adds a retrospective question to the challenge-heavy lineup: which version was best?

Across the channel, the week brought about ten million views, with subscribers unchanged and daily viewing a little below its usual pace. Loserfruit had a larger weekly viewing total among the nearby shooter channels, while jackfrags is having an unusually busy day. For TG Plays, the most active corner of the catalog is firmly sprite-shaped: all three of its busiest uploads right now center on that hunt.
