The bigger of the pair is "Halloween Recipes to Make All October Long," a compilation the description fills with creepy cookies, monster cupcakes, eerie deviled eggs and snack boards built for a themed spread. Half a day after it went up, it was already the busiest video on the channel. Its smaller companion, "Take a BITE outta these vampire cookies this Halloween!", followed the same evening and is the second-busiest. With Halloween a month away, perhaps a few home bakers are starting their planning early.

The rest of the week leaned toward fall comfort food. A campfire cupcake, posted on September 28, has gathered the most total views of the five uploads, close to 15,000. A cookie butter latte came a few days earlier, and the week opened with a carne asada taco bar.

The channel sits at a round ten million subscribers. Among the food channels nearest it in size, Max the Meat Guy and mrnigelng are the ones running above their usual pace, while Mark Wiens and Bobby Parrish are quieter than normal. So Yummy's own week belonged to the vampire cookies.
