What does an apple have to do with an elimination? In NBC's most-watched new upload, it is the token Joe passes to Niyyah before a graveyard ceremony reveals his choice. Both lie in coffins as Alan Cumming presides above them. Joe, a Traitor, tells his Faithful ally: "I had to sacrifice a Faithful."

The clip, "The Most Shocking Elimination Yet | The Traitors: New Blood | NBC," turns the competition's theatrical version of murder into an uncomfortable personal exchange. Joe is a funeral director; Niyyah is a therapist. By breakfast, the strategy has moved on: Katie and Tomica discuss Victor's suspicions and consider shifting attention toward Michael. The upload drew about 13,000 views, the largest total among NBC's 11 releases this week.

Line of Fire supplied another kind of secret-keeping. Antoinette Crowe-Legacy's Nia searches Clare's family home for clues, while Charlie Barnett's Jack follows paper trails. A newer short featuring Sam Waterston and Peter Krause is also among the channel's most active uploads.

NBC's subscribers held steady, and daily views are running well below their usual pace. Nearby in size, FOX and Hayu are seeing above-usual daily viewing. But NBC's older invitations retain some pull: Shiloh & Bros' Traitors game night remains its strongest daily draw, while "St. Denis Medical Season 3 | Official Trailer | NBC" brings the underfunded Oregon hospital back into view ahead of its November premiere.
