A 2018 Viking 62 Enclosed Bridge takes over Nautical Network's dock
The 16-day-old walkthrough is past 90,000 views, while two Viking listings from late summer each sit above 300,000.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Views from onboard this 2018 Viking 62 Enclosed Bridge!
Nautical Network posted nothing new in the past seven days, and the boat channel hardly seemed to need to. Its daily views ran well above their usual level, and one listing did most of that work.
That listing is "Views from onboard this 2018 Viking 62 Enclosed Bridge!", a 16-day-old tour of a sportfishing yacht whose flybridge is closed in under glass and air conditioning rather than left open to the weather. It has passed 90,000 views and is gathering them several times faster than anything else on the shelf.
Behind it are two more Vikings, both 2024 models that the titles say are for sale: a 54 Convertible and a 64C, each now above 300,000 views. A channel that bills itself as a source of insider sales information has spent the autumn showing very large boats from the New Jersey builder, and its viewers keep coming back to them.
The subscriber count held at 326,000. Among the aviation and machine channels nearest its size, Nautical Network sat toward the lower middle for views gained over the week. Alan Trucker is the one having a very big stretch, while FarFlight, Francis Bourgeois and Taking Off each passed a million views. FlightChops and Aviation101 kept a steadier pace, and Erik Johnston's week came out close to Nautical Network's.

On a yacht, what is the flybridge?
A flybridge is a raised second steering position on top of the cabin. An enclosed bridge, like the one on this Viking 62, is a flybridge closed in under glass.
