Sonny Side doesn't let the surroundings decide how breakfast tastes. At Bogotá's Four Seasons Casa Medina, he finds the rice pudding less sweet than its street counterpart and delivers a blunt comparison: "The one I ate on the street for like a dollar was 10 times better than this." The crispy egg-filled arepa fares rather better: "Easily the best arepa I've had so far."
That contrast gives More Best Ever Food Review Show's week its flavor. The luxury-hotel episode has reached roughly 900,000 views, easily the larger audience of two new uploads. Despite its druglord-themed title, it's a hotel and food review: buffet breakfast, a suite tour, room service and dinner. It also includes a paid advertising segment.
The Colombian run offers a useful thread between episodes. Calentao, the rice-and-beans breakfast built around leftovers, appears in both the budget outing and the hotel kitchen. Hot dogs and rice pudding recur across the street-food and luxury visits too. A bigger bill doesn't automatically buy Sonny's preferred version.
Viewers have their own menu notes. Some celebrate the discovery of arepa de huevo; others ask where breakfast staples such as pandebono and almojábana went. Several comments also question the amount of AI imagery in the editing, while another recommends Cali's food and Colombian bakeries rather than the title's familiar association with crime.
Across the channel, subscribers were unchanged over the week, while views totaled nearly four million. Daily viewing is close to its usual level. The hotel review currently draws the most daily views among the active uploads, but "Surviving Colombia on $20 a Day!!" and "$100 Colombian Street Food Challenge!!" keep Bogotá's cheaper tables firmly in the picture.
