The Short reached about 1,600 views, most of them arriving in its first day. It makes for a modest, close-to-home addition to Andrew Gunadie's food-and-travel channel, where the other uploads drawing the most daily viewing involve rather longer journeys.
His ANA business-class trip to Tokyo is the most active of those videos. In its description, Gunadie explains that an Aeroplan points deal prompted the journey, with matching redemptions secured for the return. Munich supplies the other food stop: "Everything we ate at Oktoberfest in Munich 🇩🇪 • #Shorts" makes room for a crispy roast-pork roll, a chimney cake cone and Kaiserschmarrn, the torn pancake served here with applesauce. Beer doesn't get the whole itinerary.
Across the channel, the week brought roughly 11,500 views, while subscribers held steady. Nearby travel channel Europe Hits Different had a much larger viewing week and added subscribers; gunnarolla's week was smaller in scale, with an Ontario chip wagon joining the international menu.
