Crocodile or tiger? Forrest Galante asks about the worst bite

His fast-starting wildlife Short has viewers debating whether powerful jaws alone settle the question.

Why this story? The video opened at a pace of 432,175 views a day, 11 times a normal first day on this channel (39,210).

What Animal Has The Worst Bite?

Viewers are comparing crocodiles with tigers and bringing barracudas into the discussion beneath Forrest Galante's latest wildlife Short. The question sounds straightforward: "What Animal Has The Worst Bite?" The comments suggest that "worst" needs a definition.

Some focus on bite force. Others argue that an animal's hunting behavior matters just as much, while another thread questions the frightening reputation movies have given piranhas. These are viewers' arguments, not a settled ranking, but they give the discussion more to chew on than a single jaw-strength statistic.

The Short reached about 330,000 views in its first 14 hours, already far beyond Galante's usual full-day audience for this format. Its comment section was nearly three times as busy as a typical first day, too.

Galante has moved from the geography of "What Country Has The Worst Wildlife?", which we covered earlier, to the mechanics of an unpleasant encounter. Among the competing animal choices is a less combative memory: one viewer recalls a tiger approaching the glass at San Diego Zoo and growling with the rumble of a motorcycle engine.

What viewers say

Got to see a gorgeous tiger up close at the San Diego zoo. It walked right up to the glass and let out a growl that felt like a motorcycle engine. Awesome animals.
