The culprit in EricTheCarGuy's "Problem Solved!" is not the troublesome CRV occupying his recent uploads. It's the worn coupler on an air hose, the little connection standing between the mechanic and a working air tool.

The Short reached about 53,000 views in its first 18 hours, already several times the channel's usual full-day audience for Shorts. This video is sponsored by Milton Industries, which supplies the replacement fittings Eric demonstrates.

He removes the old, corroded fitting, wraps thread-sealing tape clockwise around the hose's male threads, and tightens the replacement with two wrenches. Even the removal comes with a small confession: "No, I'm not He-Man. I loosened this up beforehand." The new connection then snaps on and off without the earlier struggle.

Among the viewers discussing their own fittings, one recalls trying to connect air tools one-handed on cold mornings in a body shop.
