Jordan B Peterson Clips, a channel that cuts the psychologist's lectures and conversations into short pieces, put up four new videos this week. The one doing the most is "The Marriage Math Nobody Tells You," posted on September 25. Five days in, it has passed 30,000 views and is still gathering more each day than any of its siblings.

"Jacob: The Bad Man Who Changed" arrived a day later and had the stronger first day of the two, though it has since settled into a gentler pace. It fits a long thread in Peterson's work: his lecture series on the psychological significance of the Bible stories spent hours on Genesis, and Jacob, the trickster who becomes Israel, is one of its central figures. The other two clips, on staying quiet to be heard and on a success that left someone empty, round out a week of familiar Peterson territory.

The channel as a whole ran slower than usual, and subscribers held where they were. Among the self-improvement channels, Matt D'Avella is the one having a big week, drawing far more than his usual daily views, while Tony Robbins and Brendon Burchard were quieter too.
