Why this story? The channel went from 124,000 to 159,000 subscribers this week.

Anna keeps getting the storytelling duties on Crotst Oqu. The clips channel's newest edit, "The Blazing Sun," again promises her perspective, arriving during a week in which the channel added roughly 35,000 subscribers.

That is an audience increase of more than a quarter. Alongside it, "The Love of My Life," posted earlier in the week, has reached nearly 12 million views. It is the most watched of the week's uploads shown here, and already sits among the channel's most watched Shorts.

These are edits of other people's screen work, not original productions by Crotst Oqu. Their titles use a recurring invitation: follow a story through a named character's perspective. Anna appears across "Understanding Cat Language," "Heal You" and "The Blazing Sun," with Mary and Lilia also getting turns in the recent lineup.

The newest installment is starting well above the channel's usual Shorts pace. "Heal You," meanwhile, has crossed the million-view mark since we reported here on its opening day.
