Which Restaurant Chain has the Best BBQ Ribs ?!

More than 1.8 billion lifetime views sit behind Jack Mancuso's channel, built by a former mechanical engineer whose about text insists he is not a chef, just a dude grilling in his backyard. He posted nothing new this week, so the summer and early fall did the cooking.

The busiest video is a month old: "Which Restaurant Chain has the Best BBQ Ribs ?!", a taste test of chain-restaurant racks that is closing in on two million views and still drawing several thousand a day.

Behind it sit two very different trips. One is a quarterback's palate test. In "Can Josh Allen Guess all 4 Steaks Correctly?!", the Buffalo Bills star and 2024 NFL MVP has to name four cuts, and the video has passed 600,000 views. The other, and the newest of the three, is "Australian Mud Crab Catch n Cook", which swaps the backyard grill for catching a crab and cooking it. Two weeks in, it is running at a pace close to the steak video's.

Among cooking channels of a similar size, Fallow, Chef Nick and Ballerina Farm are the ones having busy stretches, each running above their usual daily pace. Mancuso, fourth by subscribers in that group, can rely on ribs, a quarterback and a crab while the grill rests.
