Lucky he was with me 🥰🤭

A dry palm frond falls onto Mia, and Cadel responds as though it has picked a fight. Off comes the jacket. The offending frond gets snapped, stomped and kicked while Mia stands beside the path.

It's a staged, wordless comedy sketch, with Cadel's shirt supplying all the explanation anyone needs: "I [heart] MY GIRLFRIEND". "Lucky he was with me 🥰🤭" has drawn about 2.4 million views in its first twenty hours, turning a small interruption to a hand-in-hand stroll into an elaborate display of boyfriend duty.

Once the frond has been thoroughly dealt with, Cadel calmly takes Mia's hand and carries on walking. Viewers have spotted the loose end: the jacket he threw aside hasn't come with them. Between comments about his shirt and reminders that his opponent isn't alive, there's a small chorus asking him to go back for it.
