We swapped costumes 🤣🤭

Mia starts in Hiccup's armor. Behind her, Cadel is dressed as Astrid, until a quick cut puts the couple back in their chosen roles.

Their costume-swap Short has drawn about 5.6 million views in 14 hours, an unusually fast start even for this enormous channel. The joke is simple: Mia lip-syncs to an audio track insisting the outfit looks cooler on her, then pushes Cadel aside. After the switch, she has Astrid's battle axe, while he has a small Toothless plush riding on his shoulder.

The pair move straight into a synchronized dance. In the comments, viewers pick out the tiny dragon, the smooth transition and Cadel's claw-like gestures at the end. Some are bringing their own connection to the costumes: one mentions a How to Train Your Dragon school play, while another says she and her boyfriend have chosen Hiccup and Astrid too.

The wardrobe joke accompanies a separate costume-reveal upload naming the two characters. Here, the reveal gets an extra step: each tries the other's Viking look first.

The costume swap is moving far faster than Cadel and Mia's usual Short. Two other uploads from the same day also made unusually strong starts.
