0:00Nine players enter the game, but viewers are not shown which three hold Mafia roles.
2:51The rules introduce random role cards and a TikTok dance forfeit for eliminated players.
6:39Kenny checks sweaty hands as the opening discussion searches for nervous tells.
8:13James questions how quickly Chunkz delivered the eyes-closed instructions.
14:00The first vote begins; the eliminated player's role is revealed at 19:41.

James Chewbonic has a theory: Chunkz moved through the eyes-closed instructions a little too quickly. It is exactly the sort of tiny detail that becomes evidence when nine suited players sit around a country-manor drawing room trying to identify the Mafia.

That accusation has become a talking point beneath "BETA SQUAD MAFIA PLAY-ALONG EDITION," Beta Squad's only new upload of the week. Several prominent comments single out the timing of Chunkz's instructions, with viewers explaining that they spotted the same possible tell. Others want an extra clip showing the Mafia recognizing one another, something this edition deliberately keeps from the audience so they can guess along.

The episode has passed five million views. Aitch, Danny Aarons, Gib and James join the group's five members, with an embarrassing TikTok dance awaiting anyone voted out. Before the first vote, Kenny tests people's sweaty hands for signs of nerves, while AJ briefly declares himself Mafia and then retracts it. There is also a sponsored drinks segment amid the interrogation.

The new game is currently the channel's busiest video, followed by "How Long Can We Secretly Live In A Grocery Store?: USA Edition." The older "BETA SQUAD MURDER MYSTERY" supplies another pocket of hidden-role intrigue.

Across the channel, the week brought roughly 13 million views, while subscribers held steady. Daily viewing is now well below its usual level. AMP collected a similar weekly view total, though it added subscribers. For Beta Squad, the freshest conversation is less about scale than suspicion: how much can you really infer from someone saying "open your eyes"?
